Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must have original tags and packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Damages or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- Size issues
- Color variations
To exchange a product:
- Request a return via WhatsApp
- Once approved, send the product back
- Place a new order for the desired item
Non-Returnable Items
Currently, all our products (T-shirts and jeans) are eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed via UPI
Refund Timeline:
- Processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Important Notes
- We currently do not provide return pickup or tracking support
- Customers must ensure safe return shipping
